So I'm gonna have to decline for a couple of reasons:

1. Frost is very... selective about who he trains. If you haven't proven yourself as an asset to the empire already, he's not going to train you.

2. Saiyans and changelings have a very rocky history. While a saiyan queen kneeling before him and begging for his knowledge might amuse him, he has no reason to actually train Zaks IC.

3. There's no evidence Zaks will actually adhere to whatever promise she makes to Frost in exchange for this training. Its a massive risk he's not willing to take.

4. Being able to observe her up close is hardly an adequate trade-off for letting her get that close to him already. I imagine Frost is still REALLY STRONG. A threat of conflict probably wouldn't ruffle his feathers.

I've got to decline this for multiple reasons,

1: Masters aren't typically common knowledge throughout the universe. They've got to be learned about with a reasonable method.
Though Pybara is willing to teach, he doesn't advertise what he does and his name wouldn't be widespread throughout the universe. Though the planet of Yardrat might be known, their abilities or masters wouldn't be.

2. He's also very aware of things both near and far to him, meaning he would fully be aware of the incident in North City an the intention of sending May for the tree of might. Both very negative things. One negative action based on emotion, the other being seeking power through a planet killing device.

3. You just applied for Frost, who is the polar opposite of Pybara in terms of both personality and alignment and it's really unclear where you're trying to take Zaks in her journey. Masters aren't just simply picked up and swapped, though built towards through story. Some characters may have an easier time learning from a variety, while others may be limited to a selection based on their characters story and decisions. Though this can change. Currently, I see no issue with Shen, Babidi or even Janemba (If you were dead) training Zaks.
That being said, I would really like to see a build up towards one direction or the other before approving of a master such as Pybara and some build up in character revelations on how Zaks came to discover him and his abilities.
